By enrolling, you agree to the following terms. Our courses are designed for students aged 10–18, and any participant under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the student is suitably prepared for the course, including access to any required equipment, software, and a stable internet connection.

 

All course fees must be paid in full before the first scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received, and failure to pay may result in the booking being cancelled. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

 

Students are expected to participate in a respectful and constructive manner at all times. This includes using appropriate language, following instructor guidance, and treating other participants with respect. Disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. Students should attend sessions prepared to engage and follow the structure and pace set by the instructor.

 

All course materials, including videos, resources, and lesson content, remain the intellectual property of Creative Tech Academy and are provided for personal educational use only. These materials must not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold without permission. Students retain ownership of their own work but grant us permission to showcase it for educational or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

 

Sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes. By enrolling, you consent to participation being included in such recordings. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared without consent except where required. Courses may involve the use of third-party software, and students are responsible for complying with the terms and licensing requirements of those providers.

 

Our courses are provided on an “as is” basis, and while we aim to deliver high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and to remove any participant who does not adhere to them.
